Pacific Design Group is currently developing a Class A 400,000 square foot mixed use project, including Hotel, Office, Condominium, Retail and Restaurant in the heart of Pasadena's Central Business District with RTKL, Los Angeles. The project will re-define the area east of Lake Avenue on Colorado Boulevard and will extend the pedestrian-oriented retail district.
