Pacific Design Group, through IBM's Electrical vendor, assisted in the Statement of Requirements, Programming and provided conceptual architectural design services for this proposed 120,000 square foot Tier IV data center, network operations center, warehouse and I.T. services facility in California.

The client's objective was to construct a state of the art, data center that would serve as one of their two mission critical facilities and that would showcase green technologies. PDG worked with the project engineers and the customer to develop a conceptual plan package SOR and budget that the customer would use as a benchmark to evaluate potential site and building options for this potential project.
