New Century Mortgage was a leading mortgage lender based in Irvine, California. Their Loan Services Division required 200,000 square feet of building with 100% backup power generation and a 1000 square foot MDF. The servicing center was to serve the entire U.S. and had to be able to continue operating during a disaster causing loss of utility power. The project had an 11-month timeline to identify and evaluate facilities, make recommendations, design, construct and commission.

Our company led the design and engineering teams in successfully completing this project within the timeframe that New Century required. The engineering teams were outside companies who also specialized in data center facilities.
